The Saddlers welcome Orient to Banks's Stadium having slipped to an injury-time defeat to the Cumbrians on Saturday afternoon as the visitors grabbed all-three-points moments before full-time.
34-year-old Sadler has made just over twenty appearances since returning to WS1 in the summer and is pleased that the next next game quickly follows and is keen to get back on the pitch and back to winning ways.
Speaking via the club's official website, Mat said; "It’s helpful in the fact you want to get Sunday out your system. It’s a horrible way to end the game so I’ll be absolutely desperate to put things right on Wednesday.
"For me, it’s great that you get the opportunity to go again. We all just want to be out there winning games in front of our own fans sending them home happy, sending us home happy and I tell you for one, we’re hurting the most out of anyone out there.
"It’s horrible when something like that happens at the end of the game but with the way the Exeter game went, we bounced back from conceding three goals, albeit taking a point, by winning 2-0 away so I’ll be echoing that."
Birmingham-born Sadler is hoping the Saddlers can start to replicate their promising form away from when playing at home and feels the team need to start grinding out results, insisting they're not 'too far away'.
Mat added; "I don’t want to make our home form an issue but our away form is very good and we’ve had some cracking wins on the road against teams who are right up there.
"There’s not a hell of a lot wrong so we have to find away to grind it out and mentality getting ourselves over the line, especially at home but keep coming with us because I don’t think we’re too far away."
