The 19-year-old, who signed his first professional contract alongside Tom Leak in May this year, is eligible to make his first appearance for the Lambs when they take on Leiston at home in the FA Trophy first qualifying round tomorrow.
Little, who is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Saddlers, spoken to club journalists and admitted he is looking forward to gaining more first team experience with Tamworth.
Speaking via the club's official website, Luke said; "I’m very excited to be going out on loan. When I heard that Tamworth was interested in me, I knew it was something I wanted to do.
"I can’t wait to hopefully get some minutes under my belt and express myself on the pitch. Coming out on loan will help me develop massively and playing men’s football within a professional environment is something I’m looking forward to getting into.
"The gaffer has told me to go out and enjoy it, to keep a positive mindset and keep developing as a player so hopefully I can do well with my time here; and try to chip in with a few goals now and then."
