Joe has been listed for his superb strike against Oldham Athletic, an effort which found the top corner - giving the 'keeper no chance.
The LFE's competition returns for its second instalment of the 2019/20 campaign, with eight of the best strikes by apprentices from across the Academy leagues on display.
Northern Ireland Under-17 international Barry Baggley put himself in contention with a pinpoint free-kick from distance for Fleetwood Town, while Jack Holmes (Burton Albion) fired a right-footed effort from the edge of the area into the top corner with similar precision.
Wigan Athletic’s MacKenzie O’Neill showed more of a deft touch with a magnificent lob from a tight angle, whereas Port Vale Under-18s forward Max Chimenes powered a volley into the back of the net.
Luke Harris scored the equaliser in a comeback victory for Peterborough United, unleashing a ferocious hit from range that flew beyond the reach of the keeper. Reigning LFE Goal of the Season winner Lewis Farmer (Sheffield Wednesday) is back in the mix after displaying some neat footwork to create an opening before firing an accurate shot from range with his weaker left foot.
Elsewhere, midfielder Kyle Hurst finishes off the selection of goals with a fine finish from 20 yards out that gave the keeper no chance.
