The Saddlers have won just one of their seven games in all-competitions so far this season and head into the clash with the Sky Blues on the back of a disappointing defeat to Grimsby Town.
But Sinclair, who reached the Semi-Finals of the competition with Bristol Rovers, feels hard work and a united front is key to turning results around but believes they aren’t too far away from hitting a good spell of form.
Speaking via the club's official website, Stuart, who has played in all seven games so far this season, said; "As you can see it’s nearly there, we’re so close.
"We’ve just got to keep working hard on the training ground, keep creating those partnerships and the partnerships are hard to create so it does take time, especially forwards because a lot of it is off the cuff.
"Making sure we stick together is incredibly important. We’ve got a lot of good young footballers and we need to make sure that as a club we stick together and encourage those young footballers to progress and show us what they have."
