Clarke, who was speaking as his squad takes part in a pre-season Training Camp in Poland, has confirmed that the pair have not made the trip abroad but could still return to the fold.
The gaffer also revealed that Dobson, who is said to be the subject of interest from League One title-chasers Sunderland and Ferrier, who has been linked with Coventry City, among others, are currently training with the club's youth team in a bid to maintain fitness.
Speaking via the club's official Twitter account, Darrell said; "I chatted to both of them before, obviously, I told them they wasn't in the twenty-two man travelling squad. We'll review that when we get back.
"Like I've said before the players have shown a desire that they know that there was bids that wasn't acceptable for the club, that were turned down. They've both shown a desire to that they'd like to move on and that's where we stand.
"But things can change quickly in football, but like I say, I'll review it when we get back and see where we're at.
"Certainly, they've been working hard, they're in with the youth team this week and, like I say these things can change quickly in football if I go back I haven't had a problem with the boys' attitudes to be honest with you.
"They haven't given me an ounce of problems. Morgan is very, very lively and just needs a slap a few times but that's Morgan Ferrier for you.
"And Dobbo is a model pro, so, certainly there's no problems there but we want players who want to play for Walsall, they might have changed their opinion when I get back and want to be keen to be part of this group, and if so, so be it."
