Cook, who has bagged sixteen goals in forty-one all-competition appearances so far this season, saw red just six-minutes into last weekend's League One clash with Bradford City as referee Brett Huxtable decided Cook had used his elbow when challenging Nathaniel Knight-Percival for possession.
The Saddlers will now be without their top-scorer for this weekend's clash with Burton Albion, along with the upcoming meetings with Fleetwood Town, and Portsmouth, giving manager Dean Keates plenty to ponder as he looks to guide his team further from the relegation zone.
