The manager, who had already signed West Bromwich Albion defenders Jack Fitzwater and Kane Wilson on loan, welcomed the opportunity to sign a player whom he has always kept a keen eye on.
Speaking via the club's official website - Saddlers.co.uk - Dean said; "I’m delighted to bring Morgan to the club. He’s somebody I’ve always held in high regard. He’s hungry, determined and powerful. He’s relentless with his work rate and wants to play on the shoulder.
"He’ll offer something different up front. He’s at the right age and has had a proper football upbringing. He’s scored goals in non-league and has a great goal ratio. He’ll be a very good signing for us and the fans will enjoy watching him play."
