Plymouth are also hopeful of securing more tickets with the first match of the season set to attract a bumper away following as we return to club football following a summer which saw England reach the Semi-Finals of the FIFA World Cup, for the first time since 1990.
Argyle's Head of Marketing Jamie Yabsley took to Twitter to confirm that the club had sold well over a thousand tickets for the match despite fans facing a journey which, depending on the route taken, could see the on the road for up to ten hours before they reach home on Saturday evening.
We are down to our last few, scattered, single tickets for Walsall on Saturday. Get in quick if you can. We're waiting to see if we will have any more. #pafc— Plymouth Argyle FC (@Only1Argyle) July 30, 2018
