Jaap Stam Confirms Reading's Interest in Tom Bradshaw

Reading manager Jaap Stam has today confirmed his interest in Barnsley's former Walsall striker Tom Bradshaw.
Reading manager Jaap Stam has today confirmed his interest in Barnsley's former Walsall striker Tom Bradshaw, who is the subject of plenty of transfer speculation as clubs such as Ipswich Town and Queens Park Rangers continue to be linked with a swoop during the January Transfer Window,

Bradshaw, who has scored eleven goals in thirty appearances for the Tykes, features on Stam's list of targets as he seeks to improve the Royals' strikeforce as they continue to struggle in the bottom half of the Sky Bet Championship.

Reading reporter Anthony Smith, speaking via his official Twitter account, revealed that Stam is keen on Bradshaw and has been tracking the forward for some time.

25-year-old Bradshaw has been a regular for the Tykes so far this season - scoring eleven goals in thirty first-team appearances, left Walsall to join the club in July 2016 for a fee believed to be in the region of £650,000 plus add-ons.

As we reported last week, Walsall have an active sell-on clause linked to Bradshaw and will no doubt be keeping an eye on the status of the Shrewsbury-born Welsh international.
