Leeds United have completed the Deadline Day signing of West Bromwich Albion's former Walsall loanee Tyler Roberts, who has joined the Sky Bet Championship side on a deal until the summer of 2022 for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of £2.5m, rising to £4m.

19-year-old Roberts, who made eighteen first-team appearances during a six-month loan spell with the Saddlers, had less than six-months remaining on his Baggies contract and was understood to be attracting interest from several high-profile clubs including Rangers and Marseille.

As Tyler was soon-to-be out of contract, the Baggies have opted to cash-in now rather than receive a nominal fee in the summer.
