John Ward's Walsall Development side begin their 2017/18 Central League campaign at home to Port Vale later today.
The Saddlers, who will be competing in Central League Group A (North), won last season's Central League (North West) competition and will be hoping to make a positive start as they play host to the Valiants.
Today's match, which is scheduled to kick-off at 2:00pm, will be played at the Birmingham County FA's Headquarters on Ray Hall Lane in Great Barr.
