Following the news that he had agreed to have his Walsall contract terminated by mutual consent, central defender James O'Connor spoke to club journalists and thanked Saddlers fans for their support during his time with the club.
James, who was speaking via Saddlers.co.uk, said; "I’ve enjoyed my three years at Walsall and I’ll take lots of good memories from my time here. I really want to thank the fans for all their support in my time here, and I wish the club all the best. I’m so happy to have had my family come to watch me every week."
