Walsall manager Jon Whitney has spoken to journalists ahead of Monday's League One clash with Swindon Town, and has called upon his team, who are undefeated in their last two outings, to avoid defeat over the final few weeks of the season.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Jon said; "We are unbeaten in two and we have to try to stay unbeaten until the end of the season. We are three points off Peterborough and we are looking at 11th place which is still within reach and it is something we have to drive for.
"And I will see who the players are who really want to go that extra bit and not allow the season to just drift away. I want to see a reaction from my players."
