Walsall defender Matt Preston has spoken to the local press ahead of this weekend's League One clash with league leaders Sheffield United, and has discussed his desire to cement a place in the Saddlers' backline.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Matt said; "I’ve been pleased with my performance this season – although I am overly critical and never fully content with how I’ve played. I think that’s probably a good trait to have, but I do feel I have done well recently. I’m determined to keep improving and work on every aspect of my game. Hopefully that will be enough to keep me in the side."
