
The BBC's annual 'Price of Football' study, which gathers season and matchday ticket prices from clubs across 23 leagues in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the continent, has been released,and it shows that Walsall supporters continue to pay some of the lowest prices in League One.
Statistics show that the lowest priced season ticket at the Banks’s Stadium costs £253, which is the fifth cheapest in the league. Whilst the club’s most expensive season ticket, which comes in at £441, is the 10th most costly in the division.
The cheapest matchday, which counts as a match ticket, pie, cup of tea and a programme, costs £28.
Walsall's adult replica shirt, which costs £39.99 (6% below league average), is the second lowest priced in the division and is only bettered by Scunthorpe United who are charging £39.95, undercutting the Saddlers by just 4p.
