The English Football League have confirmed that Walsall Football Club have been named among the seeded sides for Wednesday afternoon's EFL Cup Round One draw.
The Saddlers, who are joined in the South section by sides such as Aston Villa, Birmingham City, and Wolverhampton Wanderers, could take on the likes of Bristol Rovers, Portsmouth and Wycombe Wanderers in the First Round of the competition.
