Following the news that he'd penned a new contract with the club, Walsall Captain Adam Chambers has spoken to club journalists and has discussed his delight at getting negotiations out ofthe way so he can fully concentrate on the team's Play-Off schedule.
Speaking via Saddlers.co.uk, Adam said; “I’m very happy to have sorted my contract out now. Going into the Play-Offs, it means I can fully concentrate on that and look forward to some big games.
“I feel I’m still contributing and I’ve always said that as long as I feel I’m still contributing then I’ll still play. I’m very happy here and there are some really good people in and around the club.
"It’s been a pleasure to play for Walsall and I’ve made some really good friends during my time here. The environment that has been created over the last few years has made it a joy to work here.”
