Shrewsbury Town manager Micky Mellon has spoken via his club's official website ahead of this evening's Sky Bet League 1 clash between his Shrews and Jon Whitney's Walsall, and has discussed his belief that the match will be a competitive affair.
Speaking via ShrewsburyTown.com, Micky said; "It's a very tough game, but a local derby and we're very much looking forward to it. They're always good games of football. It's under the lights and should add to the atmosphere, so it's a game you want to be involved in.
"From my point of view, it's two teams that play the game the way I like to see the game played. There's good players on each side, it's what football is all about. It's a local derby, under the floodlights, so let's get it on and look forward to it."
