The 2016 edition of the Football League Awards is currently taking place at the Manchester Central Convention Complex, and among the various awards being given out, were the Young Player of the Year, which Rico Henry was nominated for, and the Sky Bet League 1 Player of the Year award, with Romaine Sawyers among the nominees.
Rico, who won his first England Under 19s cap earlier this season, was nominated alongside Moussa Dembélé of Fulham and the awards' eventual winner, Lewis Cook of Leeds United.
Meanwhile Romaine was nominated alongside and Nicky Ajose of Tuesday evening's opponents Swindon Town, and the winner Bradley Dack of Gillingham.
