Later this morning Walsall Football Club's Under 18s side will play host to Bury Under 18s, in the latest Football League Youth Alliance (North West) fixture of the season.
Both the Saddlers and the Shakers are riding high in the alliance, with Neil Woods' side currently topping the table, having won seven of their opening twelve games. They have also drawn three and lost just two as they enjoy a strong start to the campaign.
Second placed Bury, who have played one game less than their opponents, arrive at the game on the back of a disappointing 3-1 defeat to Blackpool, and will be looking to grab all three points and leapfrog the Saddlers to return to the top-of-the-table.
Today's match takes place at the Birmingham Football Associations Headquarters on Ray Hall Lane in Great Barr, and is scheduled to kick off at 11:00am.
