Walsall Head Coach Sean O'Driscoll has spoken to the local press following the Saddlers' festive double header, and has praised his side, insisting he has a team full of leaders.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Sean said; "We have got a captain who, at 35, plays like a 25-year-old. He is a different class but we have a few characters in the dressing room who are really influential.
"Sometimes you can scream and shout on the pitch and it goes in one ear and out the other. I think if people are cool, calm and say good things then others listen. Paul Downing, is the same, James O’Connor and Romaine Sawyers too.
“We have a few characters who are really influential and say the right things rather than just saying things for the sake of it.”
