Walsall Head Coach Sean O'Driscoll has spoken to the local press ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Rochdale, and has discussed his desire to strengthen his squad during the January Transfer Window.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Sean said; “I think we need strengthening. But you don’t want to upset what you have got and I think there is an unbelievably difficult balancing act to be done.
“We are going to have to really look at the type of player we bring in. And they are going to really have to make an impact, both on and off the pitch.
“There is a group here that is really tight-knit and, whatever we do with them, we have to make them feel like it’s a win-win situation.”
