Following Sunday afternoon's televised Sky Bet League 1 victory over near-rivals Port Vale, newly appointed Walsall Football Club Head Coach Sean O'Driscoll has spoken to the local press and revealed that top-scorer Tom Bradshaw is to see a specialist, in a bid to end his injury issues.
Bradshaw, who missed large swathes of last season with hamstring issues, picked up an ankle injury during the Saddlers' Sky Bet League 1 victory over his hometown, and former club Shrewsbury Town, a match which took place at Greenhous Meadow on Tuesday, 1st December, and has not made an appearance since.
Tom was believed to be close to contention for the past few games, but will now see a specialist in a bid to end his latest injury issue, with O'Driscoll describing the injury as "not serious".
