The former Aston Villa trainee links up with the club after spending last season with Scunthorpe United, where he made twenty-seven appearances.
Osbourne came through the ranks at Villa park before making his Premier League debut under Martin O'Neil in April 2006. After enjoying successful loan spells at Nottingham Forest, Middlesbrough and Sheffield Wednesday, he made the move north of the boarder, signing a two-and-a-half year deal with Hibernian in 2011.
The talented midfielder returned to English football with Blackpool the following summer, where he made 52 appearances during his two seasons at Bloomfield Road.
He initially joined Scunthorpe on a three-month deal in October 2014 but impressed enough to extend his stay to the end of last season.
