Walsall manager Dean Smith has spoken to the club's official website and discussed newest arrival Isaiah Osbourne, insisting that the former Villa man will improve the squad.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Smith said; "He's a lad who came in last season to train with us and was struggling for fitness at the time. He ended up going to Scunthorpe but he's a player I've always liked and he's a likeable person as well.
"We've had him back in on trial and he's proved his fitness so we're delighted to have agreed a contract with him. He will certainly improve us with his ability and experience in midfield and gives us another option in that department as well."
