Walsall top scorer Tom Bradshaw has spoken to the local press ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Peterborough United, and has discussed his desire to break into the Wales squad ahead of UEFA Euro 2016.
Speaking to Joseph Masi of the Express & Star, Tom said; “If I keep scoring there is only so many goals I can’t get in on. It would be brilliant to get into the squad especially with the Euro 2016 around the corner. It would be a great time to break in and would be a very proud moment for myself and my family and friends.
“I was slightly disappointed not to make the squad. But I think that just shows the tightness of the squad they’ve got and they’ve done really well. The squad has got them there, deserves a chance to play.
“I’ll keep trying to score and give Chris Coleman a few headaches and if he decides I’m ready, I’ll be over the moon to be a part of it.”
