
Speaking to Matt Maher of the Express & Star, Smith said; “We don’t want to sell him. I believe there has been a bid but Mark Cooper has not spoken to me.
“If they have gone chief executive to chief executive that is up to them. Tom Bradshaw wants to stay at Walsall and showed his intent by signing a new contract. As far as I am concerned he is not for sale.”
Yesterday afternoon Swindon Town Chairman Lee Power confirmed that his club have seen a bid for Walsall striker Tom Bradshaw rejected as he continues to look to add to his squad before the Transfer Window closes in early September.
BBC Radio Wiltshire, who broke the news of the bid earlier this week, have since reported that the Robins confirmed the bid, and subsequent rejection.
