Speaking to CCFC.co.uk, Mowbray said; "If they beat us they go above us so that shows how decent a start they have had.
"Our record is totally irrelevant; they've never played this group of players. They've won three away games on the bounce, they beat Rochdale away and we saw how tough they can be. They're on top of their game at the moment.
"Dean has been changing his formation and tinkering with his shape so we go into the game looking at ourselves. They can play different ways but the group are in good mood and are confident. We expect a tough game."
