CUTLER DELIGHTED WITH ETHERIDGE CAPTURE
Walsall goalkeeping coach Neil Cutler spoke to the club's official website, and praised new signing Neil Etheridge, who he had been tracking for quite some time.

“Neil is a player that I have been watching for a while. I’ve kept close tabs on his career and have actually been speaking to him for a few years. He is a nice big lad, athletic and fits the bill in terms of age and his desire to get better."

SMITH NOT CONCERNED ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CALL-UPS
Walsall manager Dean Smith also shared his views on the Saddlers' recent acquisitions, insisting that he had no concerns about Jason Demiterou or Neil Etheridge being called up to their respective national sides.

Express & Star; “They are international players and their international careers will carry on. It shouldn’t interfere too much with our programme."

Walsall Football Club released a brief statement via Facebook, praising the 'Football Family' for all it's support following the terror attacks on the Tunisian holiday resort of Sousse, which saw Walsall fans Joel Richards, his uncle Adrian Evans and grandfather Charles 'Patrick' Evans killed along with 35 others.

LEAGUE DONATES TO FUND IN MEMORY OF JOEL RICHARDS
The Football League revealed that they have made a £1,000 donation on the behalf of the league, it's 72 clubs and their supporters to Alex Shaw's '
GoFundMe' fundraising page, which was set up in memory of Alex's friend, and Walsall supporter, Joel Richards, who was killed along with his uncle Adrian Evans, grandfather Patrick Evans and thirty-five other people at the Tunisian holiday resort of Sousse.
