Walsall Football Club have today released a short statement of thanks following Friday afternoon's national minutes silence, which was observed at Banks's Stadium in memory Saddlers fans Joel Richards, his grandfather Charles 'Patrick' Evans and uncle Adrian Evans, who were among the thirty-eight people killed during the terror attack on the Tunisian holiday resort of Sousse.
Speaking via Facebook, a spokesperson for the club said; "Thank you to the Football Family for their wonderful tributes to Joel, Adrian and Patrick.
"The family asked yesterday for the floral tributes to be taken to the family home. They have asked for the football memorabilia to be dried and also sent to the family home so they can read the many wonderful messages of support. These are being dried in the stadium following last nights downpour.
"Memorial bricks for Joel, Adrian and Patrick will be placed alongside the iconic 125 Sign, which is illuminated at night, next week. Thank you for your wonderful support."
