Several members of Walsall Football Club's first-team, reserves and youth team squads have today made a return to the club's Essington Training Ground as they continue to keep fit using maintenance programmes designed by Head Physio Jon Whitney.
In a series of 'Tweets' the club confirmed that the players, who will undergo a series of tests, including body fat analysis, have been following their own personal regime as well as attending regular sessions aimed at giving the Saddlers a fitness advantage for the start of the 2015/16 Football League campaign.
