
Speaking to the Express & Star, Smith said; “We want to be playing more attacking football next season, especially at home.
“I think we showed a little bit of that towards the end of last season. Rochdale, Fleetwood, Crawley, Oldham were all good wins where we played more attacking football.
“That is what we want to do next season because we want to be successful and win football matches.
“We have to be more aggressive in the final third. That will really get the supporters behind us.
“I think towards the end of last season the supporters could see what we were trying to do and we now want to move forward with that attacking mindset.”
