Doncaster Rovers have emerged as the latest side said to be monitoring the ongoing contract negotiations between Walsall and first-choice goalkeeper Richard O'Donnell.
The Keepmoat Stadium side, who are joined in their interest by Yorkshire rivals Bradford City, are said to be preparing an offer should O'Donnell's contract with the Saddlers expire.
Manager Paul Dickov spoke to BBC Radio Sheffield earlier today and confirmed his interest in O'Donnell, he said; "Richard is a good keeper. We have had him watched a lot and he is somebody we have kept an eye on for a long time. Because he is such a good keeper and out of contract, there will be lots of clubs looking at him like we have over the past season. He is one that is on our list."
Meanwhile, as reported earlier today, Walsall have given Sheffield-born O'Donnell until Sunday, 7th June to accept a new offer which they have made.
