Bristol City midfielder Luke Freeman has spoken to the local press ahead of Sunday's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Walsall, and has discussed the importance of his side playing to their strengths, and picking up the three points.

Speaking to the Western Daily Press, Freeman said: "We will have both trophies there, which will be brilliant, and everybody is looking forward to the day. But it's important we sign off with a win and not end the season on a sour note.

"Of course, we will enjoy what comes after the match, but we have to be professional about what we do and make sure we get the three points.

"It has been such a good season, we don't want to let things slip at this late stage. It will be a party atmosphere on Sunday, but we have to make sure we have our serious heads on as well.

"We've done everything right in terms of training and recovery all season and it will be no different now that we are promoted.

"It was a credit to the lads that they were able to keep it going last week and it showed how honest they are.

"We don't just want to be champions, we want to get the highest number of points we can and that is why we will play to win on Sunday."
