Following the game, Walsall winger Kieron Morris spoke to the club's official website, and praised his team-mates for an unbelievable performance.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Kieron said; "The all-round performance on Tuesday was unbelievable. I was pleased to get my name on the scoresheet and help us get the 5-0 win.
"That win has been coming for a few weeks, to be honest. The performances have been there but we've not been able to put the ball in the back of the net, but the goals finally came against Crawley.
"It was nice to see my goal go in. I just ran at the centre halves and hit it as hard as I could. I thought it was going over but it dipped at the right time and went in. It was a real buzz to get the goal.
"I was on form during my time at Wrexham and I knew that when I came back here I had to perform and take the chance. I feel that I have done that in these recent games. The experience of going out on loan has really helped me; I've come back stronger and more confident.
"I am enjoying my football and hopefully I can help Walsall finish the season strongly and continue to push on up the League table."
