On Tuesday evening Walsall Football Club defeated relegation threatened Crawley Town by five-goals-to-nil, in the latest Sky Bet League 1 fixture of the season.
Following the game Saddlers' on-loan Manchester City striker Jordy Hiwula has spoken to the club's official website, and has insisted that the win was deserved.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Jordy said; "We deserved that win. We've been playing really well and a result like that has been coming for a while.
"We managed to get plenty of shots in and I was delighted to get two goals - hopefully there will be more to come for me between now and the end of the season.
"There was good quality in each of our goals, especially the strike from Kieron. He's done really well since he came back to the club and has been sharp in training and matches.
"Hopefully we can maintain these standards now. We've played well in a lot of games recently but now we've got the goals to go with it.
"It's about finishing as high up the table as we can; we have to take it one game at a time, but we're looking forward to going to Crewe at the weekend now."
