Walsall top-scorer Tom Bradshaw has spoken to the club's official website ahead of Tuesday's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Crawley Town, and has discussed his delight at making a scoring return to action.
Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Tom said; "I was delighted to be back involved and to score the winner was just the icing on the cake. I was happy to get through the game and the hamstring has felt fine since.
"Their defenders were trying to bully me off the ball, but that kind of thing doesn't work against me and I was pleased with my performance and that of the team. Once again we dominated against a side going for the play-offs and kept another clean sheet.
"It was a big game and a huge win for us; it was so important to get the points in the bag and the aim is to take that into the next game now and build some momentum.
"Fleetwood were no mugs; they have something about them and are a good side, but we have completed the double over them this season. On Saturday we completely shut them out and got into some good areas.
"We had to be patient, and we could have found ourselves two or three up, but we'll take the 1-0 win and move on.
"I was pleased with the goal. It was a great ball from Cainy and straight away I knew that I had to get the shot off early. Thankfully I managed to get a decent strike on the ball and it beat the 'keeper and went in at the far post.
"You could feel the pressure being lifted and now we want to make sure that we get as many points as possible in these final games to finish as high up the table as we can."
