Following Saturday afternoon's Sky Bet League 1 victory over Oldham Athletic, top-scorer Tom Bradshaw has spoken to the club's official website and discussed his delight at reaching the twenty-goal-club as he bagged a brace against the Latics.

Speaking to Saddlers.co.uk, Tom said; "I couldn't be more pleased to reach 20 goals. I'd set myself a target of 15 at the start of the season, but as a striker, to reach 20 is fantastic, particularly as I have missed a number of games through injury this season.

"As a team we're ending the season strongly; we're showing what we are all about and what we can do when we turn it on.

"We know that we have to do this on a more consistent basis, but we're happy with our current form and it shows how close the table is that we are looking at a potential finish of eighth if results go our way at the weekend.

"It was nice to end our home matches with a win. When you get two goals early on it puts you in control and we felt comfortable throughout to pick up a convincing victory.

"Everyone is playing with confidence at the moment; we've just clicked in recent weeks and are scoring goals as a team.

"It was good for the fans that we were able to end on a home win. I am really grateful for the support that they have given me and the team throughout the season."
