Walsall Football Club have today announced a loan extension for highly rated Manchester CIty striker Jordy Hiwula, who has impressed since arriving at the club on 'Transfer Deadline Day'.
20-year-old Manchester-born Hiwula has scored three goals in six appearances for the Saddlers, and will remain at Banks's Stadium for a further month.
Walsall manager Dean Smith spoke to Saddlers.co.uk about the news, he said; “Jordy has fitted in really well here. He's bright, has great movement and is a nice kid.
“He’s been given a good grounding at Manchester City and that has enabled him to hit the ground running here. I am pleased to be able to extend his stay with us.”
