Walsall Football Club midfielder Sam Mantom has today posted an update as he continues his rehabilitation from a longstanding knee injury, which has restricted him to just a handful of substitute appearances this season.
Speaking via Twitter, Sam said; "Positive week on the rehab front, feeling the effects of a tough week now but love it. Top it off with 3 points tomorrow."
Stourbridge-born Mantom, who has been working with the clubs strength and conditioning coach Dean Harris, had his brace removed on 31st January, and is targeting a return for the Saddlers' Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final clash with Bristol City on Sunday, 22nd March.
