  WALSALL LATEST
Dean Smith's side head into Saturday's game on the back of an encouraging 3-0 win over Milton Keynes Dons.

Walsall have been in fairly good form as of late, having won two, drawn two, and lost one of their last five league games.

The Saddlers could rise into the play off places this weekend as the vast majority of teams are on cup duty with the FA Cup in full swing.

Smith has no new injury concerns heading into the game and is not expected to make many changes.

Midfielder Sam Mantom continues to miss out, but is expected to return to full training in the very near future.

  THE OPPOSITION
Coventry City arrive at this weekend's game on the back of a 0-0 draw at home to Chesterfield.

The Sky Blues are in somewhat indifferent form having won one, lost one and drawn three of their last five league games.

Coventry's on-loan striker Gary Madine (knee) and defender Aaron Martin (sickness) are both big doubts.

But the Sky Blues have midfielders Adam Barton and James Maddison back in contention after suspension.

Whilst on-loan Everton defender Matty Pennington has extended his loan for another month.
