Walsall Football Club Captain Adam Chambers has spoken to the press ahead of this evening's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Preston North End, and has called upon the crowd to spur them on to victory.
Speaking to the Express & Star, Adam said; "Preston have to come and score at least two goals and will look to put us under pressure.
“We will need the fans to really spur us on at those moments when they are on top. They can spur us on to pick it up.”
Adam has also insisted that the team must not look too far ahead, and must focus on the task in hand, he said; “If you start thinking about the 'W'(Wembley) word it takes your focus off that night.”
