Walsall loanee Michael Cain has spoken to the press ahead of tomorrow afternoon's Sky Bet League One clash with Barnsley, and has expressed his delight at the level of experience he is picking up whilst on loan at the Banks's Stadium.
Speaking to the Express & Star, 19-year-old, Leicester City midfielder Cain said; “Tuesday night was a great game. We were 2-0 down at half-time but really changed things round in the second half.
“It was a great atmosphere in the ground the fans were brilliant. The celebrations at the will stay in my mind forever.
"It’s the first time I’ve experienced something like that. Playing first-team football is something I’ve really enjoyed.
"You can play reserve team games all you like, but there’s nothing quite like walking out for a proper first-team match day and soaking up the experience.”
