
Speaking to the Express & Star, Smith said; “He has looked really sharp in training, he has worked really hard, he has wanted to get back and he has showed a hunger to get back.
“I felt I had to make a couple of changes for the game at Fleetwood, Grimesy came in and acquitted himself really well. For me he has been unfortunate at times this season, he has come into a team and has been wanting to get a goal.
“Now he has been on a winning team and that will do him a lot of good.”
