On Wednesday evening Walsall progressed to the Northern Area Semi-Final of this season's Johnstone's Paint Trophy Competition, thanks to a 1-0 Quarter Final victory over Sheffield United.
As a result of Romaine Sawyers' 55th minute winner, the Saddlers will enter the draw for the next round, which will take place on Sky Sports' 'Soccer AM' programme on Saturday 15th November.
Tranmere Rovers will join Walsall in the draw, whilst Doncaster Rovers/Notts County (18th November) and Preston North End/Oldham Athletic (25th November) are yet to play their Quarter Final ties and will enter the draw together.
Meanwhile Bristol City, Gillingham, Leyton Orient and Coventry City will make up the Southern section of the draw.
Area Semi Final ties will be played during the week commencing 8th December 2014.
