Walsall Football Club summer signing Tom Bradshaw has spoken to the press ahead of this weekend's trip to Notts County, and has insisted that despite the club's recent run of form he never entertained the idea of relegation.
Speaking to the Express & Star, the six-goal, former Shrewsbury Town striker said; “I haven't even thought about the chance we might get relegated this year as it’s just not a possibility.
“I know it’s been a bit of a slow start to the season but if you look at the amount of injuries we had it’s always hard to pick up a lot of points when you’ve got a depleted squad.”
