Saddlers manager Dean Smith spoke to saddlers.co.uk, and said: "It was a very good display. It's the kind of performance we have been threatening for a while.
"It's nice to have virtually a full squad to choose from and we had a strong bench this afternoon. It's good because it keeps everyone on their toes and put the pressure on the lads in the team to keep their place.
"I felt that we started the game well and deservedly went in at the break thanks to a well-worked goal. In fact, all three of our goals were excellent today.
"The momentum is starting to build now and the clean sheet makes it five for the season already, so we are already starting to look forward to the next game."
