Walsall Football Club's newest recruit Mathieu Manset has today spoken of his delight at agreeing terms with the club, and has discussed his desire to hit the ground running by notching those all-important goals.Speaking to the Walsall Advertiser, Mathieu said; "The style of play suits me; I like to pass and move and the team is set up to play this way.
"It's a proud moment for me and I can't wait to get started. I'm a strong player who does his best to move defenders and looks to score goals.
"Hopefully I can come in and help the team. It will be good to play under Dean Smith and Richard O'Kelly; they love their football and do things the right way.
"The set-up is excellent here and I feel that I can really improve by being in this environment. The fans were very supportive to me over the summer and now I want to repay them with goals."
