Walsall Football Club midfield prospect Jake Heath has been allowed out on loan in order to gain some much needed first-team football.
The 19 year-old, who enjoyed spells at Worcester City and Leamington last season, is set to continue his development with Evo-Stik Premier Division side Rushall Olympic.
Jake told Saddlers.co.uk; “I went out on loan last year and felt like I really improved. I found it to be a lot more physical than I expected and I learned (sic) a lot, especially during my time at Leamington.
“I was coming up against bigger and stronger lads and it definitely toughened me up.”
Jake will join up with fellow Saddler Liam Roberts who joined Olympic on a six-month loan last month, just days after returning to the club following his initial end-of-season release.
