Speaking to saddlers.co.uk Anthony said; “I can’t wait to get started. I feel that I will bring creativity to the side and hopefully I can also weigh in with goals.
“I’m very excited by the challenge that stands before me here; I know all about the style of play, so I want to get regular games under my belt and do well for the club.
“I know what a good standard League One is; there are some tough teams but from what I have seen here, we have the tools and set-up in place to do well.”
Walsall manager Dean Smith also spoke to the official site, he said: “Anthony is a player who came in to train with us a few weeks ago. He is someone that I noted when we played against Wolves in a friendly a couple of years ago and we have kept tabs on him ever since.
“We have a lot of knowledge on the player; he has plenty of potential but at the same time he realises that is only a word and he has a willingness to prove himself here.
“He’s a good character with plenty of quality and I am delighted to be able to bring him in.”
